The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers is the world's largest publisher of technology-related material and an amazing transnational organization. During my volunteering work in its various entities I have met many wonderful people from all over the world and learned a lot about management and communication in a multi-cultural environment.

Since my main interest in electrical engineering is computational electromagnetics, I'm currently member of the Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT).

I have also worked as a peer reviewer for the Antennas and Propagation Society in 2000 and 2003.
